Visit to India

In December last year, Jeanet made a short trip to India. She got a good understanding of what the Samoon project means in practice.

Met de donatie van ‘Me & My Charity’ heeft UJJS in samenwerking met HSS een serie activiteiten ondernomen die de watersituatie in de dorpen van de Henval-vallei heeft verbeterd.

Jeanet (chairman HIMALAYA RESOURCES) visited the Kasturba Gandhi Residential Girls Hostel, where our local partner UJJS built two large rainwater collection tanks.

On Sunday, February 26, Annette reported on her recent trip to India at the Vrijburcht Theater. With the help of beautiful photos, those present were taken to the villages and women’s groups in Kimsar.

Visit to project areas in India At the end of January, board member Annette went to see the results of the water project of our local partner HIMCON in Kimsar.

The entire amount for the Kimsar project has been collected! The results are visible and we have received many thanks and blessings from the women’s groups from Kimsar for the 10 rainwater collection tanks that have been built in the region in recent months.
