Visit to project areas in India At the end of January, board member Annette went to see the results of the water project of our local partner HIMCON in Kimsar.
The entire amount for the Kimsar project has been collected! The results are visible and we have received many thanks and blessings from the women’s groups from Kimsar for the 10 rainwater collection tanks that have been built in the region in recent months.
The monsoon season (July/August) is the best time for building the (cement) rainwater harvesting tanks and for doing plantation work on the mountain slopes. Therefore, at present preparations are in full swing. HIMCON has selected 10 persons who will get a water tank (5000 litre) near their house.
